Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Curatto, you agree to these terms. If you're using the platform on behalf of a company, you're confirming you have the authority to bind that company to this agreement.

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account.

You agree to provide accurate billing and company details, and to keep them updated if they change.

You must have the right to upload the product photos you use on Curatto — either because you own the product, or you have permission from whoever does. You may not upload images of people without their consent, or content that infringes someone else's intellectual property.

Images, video and copy generated from your uploads belong to you, for use on any channel, in any market, for as long as you like — details are on the image rights page.

This licence doesn't transfer ownership of Curatto's underlying models, technology, or the model library itself — you're licensed to use the outputs, not the system that produced them.

Subscription plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. Credit-based plans deduct usage as images are generated. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from your account settings — changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

You agree not to use Curatto to generate misleading product imagery, to reverse-engineer the platform, to resell access without a partner agreement, or to upload content that's unlawful, abusive, or infringes on someone else's rights. We may suspend accounts that violate this section.

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, don't pay outstanding fees, or pose a security risk to the platform. On termination, data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Curatto is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is material, we'll email account owners before it takes effect. The date at the top of this page always reflects the most recent update.
