We only do catalogue photography.
Narrow on purpose. Everything in the platform exists because a merchandiser rejected an image and told us why.
studioCuratto started inside a product supply chain, not a research lab. We watched brands miss a drop because a shoot slipped by a week, and watched good product sell badly because the only image available was a hanger shot under warehouse light. General image models are extraordinary at making pictures, but indifferent to whether the picture is true — and in catalogue work that difference is the entire job.
So we built for the narrow problem instead of the broad one. The fidelity checks, the locked models, the marketplace presets, the refusal to touch anything outside product photography — all of it comes from that feedback loop with people who sell products for a living. We're a small, focused team working with brands from single-founder labels to listed retail groups.

Three things we've decided not to change
Fidelity beats flourish
If a render looks beautiful but the trim is wrong, it fails. Every frame is checked against the source before it reaches a customer's library, and a failed frame is regenerated rather than shipped with a caveat.
Rights stay simple
One licence, every channel, no expiry. We've watched brands lose weeks to arguments about which territory an image was cleared for, and we're not interested in rebuilding that problem in software.
We say when it's the wrong tool
Campaign work with a named face, editorial with a specific art director's eye, anything where the shoot is the story — hire a photographer. We'd rather lose the sale than deliver something that undersells the product.
