Privacy Policy

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address and company details. When you use the platform, we store the product photos you upload, the images and video we generate from them, and basic usage data such as which features you use and how often.

We do not collect biometric data from the models in your source photos, and we do not use your uploaded product images to train models for any customer other than you.

We use your data to run the platform — generating images, applying marketplace presets, and keeping your account secure. We also use aggregated, anonymised usage patterns to improve rendering quality and fix bugs. We never sell your data, and we never share your uploaded catalogue with another brand on the platform.

We share data with infrastructure providers (cloud hosting, payment processing) strictly to operate the service, under contracts that prohibit them from using your data for their own purposes. If you connect a PIM or marketplace integration, data flows only through the connection you authorise, and you can revoke it at any time from your account settings.

Uploaded source images and generated outputs are retained for as long as your account is active, so you can re-download or re-edit past work. If you delete your account, we remove your catalogue data within 30 days, except where we're required to retain billing records for tax or legal purposes.

You can access, export or delete your data at any time from your account settings. If you're in a region with additional statutory rights (such as the GDPR or India's DPDP Act), you can also request a copy of everything we hold on you, or ask us to correct inaccurate records, by writing to the contact below.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. We use a small number of analytics cookies to understand how the platform is used in aggregate. We don't use cookies for third-party advertising.

If we make a material change to how we handle your data, we'll email account owners before the change takes effect. The date at the top of this page always reflects the most recent update.
